Tenzin Tara
 

Tenzin Tara is a Registered Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (DOMP) with a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and improve their overall quality of life.

Tenzin’s love for movement began over 20 years ago through competitive gymnastics, where she won four provincial championship titles. She later expanded her training into modern dance, ballet, and acrobatics, eventually completing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance at York University.

As a personal trainer since 2013, Tenzin combines her extensive background in movement with a deep understanding of functional anatomy to create individualized programs tailored to each client’s needs and goals. Her unique perspective allows her to analyze movement patterns in a holistic way, empowering clients to move with greater ease, strength, and confidence.

Tenzin graduated with honours from her Massage Therapy program and is committed to ongoing education to better understand and support her clients’ concerns. In addition to pursing continue education courses in lymphatic drainage, cupping therapy, and fascial stretch therapy, she has completed her 5 year Diploma in Osteopathic Manual therapy.

Using a holistic and client-centered approach, Tenzin creates personalized treatment plans designed to support recovery, optimize movement, and promote long-term wellness. She is passionate about educating her clients and often incorporates stretches, exercises, and self-care strategies to help maintain and enhance the results achieved during treatment.
