A customized, full-body treatment that draws on various techniques such as Swedish massage, trigger point release, PNF stretching, and myofascial release to reduce tension, improve circulation, and support relaxation. These sessions are ideal for general maintenance, stress relief, or addressing mild musculoskeletal concerns in a calming and supportive way.

Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy (RMT)

Tenzin combines her in-depth knowledge of anatomy with specialized techniques such as myofascial release, muscle energy, visceral manipulation, and craniosacral therapy. These sessions are ideal for clients seeking targeted, therapeutic work that goes beyond relaxation to address chronic conditions, postural imbalances, or persistent pain. She takes a holistic approach, treating the whole person—not just the area of discomfort—and is always happy to recommend personalized stretches or exercises to support your recovery.

(It is recommended to bring loose and comfortable clothing to these appointments)

  • Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy (60 min) – $123.90 + HST = $140

Currently, I only accept e-transfers or cash as forms of payment. An official receipt will always be issued to clients via email after receiving payment.
