A customized, full-body treatment that draws on various techniques such as Swedish massage, trigger point release, PNF stretching, and myofascial release to reduce tension, improve circulation, and support relaxation. These sessions are ideal for general maintenance, stress relief, or addressing mild musculoskeletal concerns in a calming and supportive way.
Therapeutic Massage Therapy (45 mins) –88.50 + HST = $100
Therapeutic Massage Therapy (60 mins) – $115.10 + HST = $130
Therapeutic Massage Therapy (75 mins) – 146.02+ HST = $165
Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy (RMT)
Tenzin combines her in-depth knowledge of anatomy with specialized techniques such as myofascial release, muscle energy, visceral manipulation, and craniosacral therapy. These sessions are ideal for clients seeking targeted, therapeutic work that goes beyond relaxation to address chronic conditions, postural imbalances, or persistent pain. She takes a holistic approach, treating the whole person—not just the area of discomfort—and is always happy to recommend personalized stretches or exercises to support your recovery.
(It is recommended to bring loose and comfortable clothing to these appointments)
Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy (60 mins) – $123.90 + HST = $140
Currently, I only accept e-transfers or cash as forms of payment. An official receipt will always be issued to clients via email after receiving payment.
To ensure fair scheduling and availability for all clients, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged the full appointment fee.
Missed appointments (no-shows) will also be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
If you are unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. Each situation will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
