Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST)
Fascial stretch therapy improves your mobility & flexibility of your muscles and fascia by focusing on the fascial lines that wrap around muscle, nerves, organs, and just about everything else in your body. It manipulates, lengthens, re-aligns and reorganizes your fascia. Results from treatment include but are not limited to elimination of trigger points, improved mobility and flexibility, improved muscle activation and relaxation, improved posture and a decrease in pain. Using a gentle approach to treatment and therapy I combine fascial stretch therapy and osteopathic techniques to have you leaving feeling great!
Registered Massage Therapy (RMT)
Tenzin uses her knowledge in anatomy, Swedish massage, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), trigger point release, myofascial release and lymphatic drainage in partnership with her holistic approach when treating her clients. She is a firm believer in treating the whole person and not just the injury/dysfunction they are presenting with. She is always happy to suggest stretches and/or exercises that will aid in her client’s recovery and help them maintain the work that was done together.
